Healthy Recipe Spicy Shrimp Noodle

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of noodle sticks / hokian tang of fresh or you can make your own noodles at home (if it does not bother)
- 75 grams of bean sprouts large size, rinse thoroughly
- 100 grams ynag young bok choy, cleaned

Gravy:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, cleaned and finely chopped
- 1 stalk lemongrass, white part only which then crushed
- 750 ml beef broth dar shrimp / fish fresh
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 150 grams of medium shrimp, washed and peeled
- 2 pieces of fish meat meatballs, chopped to taste
- 4 pieces of shrimp meatballs, chopped also adjust to taste

Puree:
- 2 red chilies, wash it
- 3 pieces of red chili that is still fresh
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg nutmeg
- Salt to taste

How to make:

Place the noodles in a container that small punch and then rinse with hot water until all soluble oil, drain.

Gravy:
Heat a pan and pour enough vegetable oil and saute garlic until fragrant aroma.
Add a few sticks of lemon grass and spices, stir until smooth and fragrant. Lift.
Then enter the noodles and seasoning in a pan. Add broth and lemon juice to taste. leave to medidih.
Enter the shrimp and meatballs, let some time until everything is cooked through. Lift.

How the presentation:
Place the noodles, bean sprouts and the fresh spring greens in a serving bowl.
Pour the hot sauce meatballs follows.

Serve warm.
