Healthy Recipe Italian Pasta Salad

For you who are doing strict diet program, Healthy Recipes Italian Pasta Salad This could be the primary choice as a replacement for your lunch or dinner. Spices are quite mild and the contents inside the rather dense guaranteed to make you satisfied!


ingredients:
- 100 grams spiral pasta or elbow can also be dried, boiled until tender
- 50 grams of fresh bell pepper, chopped to taste
- 1 red tomato, chopped or thinly sliced
- 100 grams of lettuce, chopped

Sauce, mix together:
- 150 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

Take and organize all the material together with lettuce in a container.
Pour the sauce and stir well.
