Healthy Recipe Chicken Omelet White Sauce

ingredients:
- 4 or 5 eggs
- 100 ml liquid milk (it would be better if the milk of dairy cows)

Chicken White Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 20 grams onion, chopped until smooth
- 1 tablespoon good quality flour
- 250 ml liquid milk (it would be better if the milk of dairy cows)
- 100 grams of boiled chicken meat, cut into pieces to form small squares
- 2 tablespoons of frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

How to make:

Put eggs into a container with milk, pepper and salt and mix well.
Heat the butter in a skillet, cook egg omelet in half beaten. Remove and set aside.

Chicken White Sauce:
Saute onion that has been fine until wilted.
Sprinkle a little flour, then stir until blended.
Pour the liquid milk slowly and stir until thick.
Add the chicken pieces are already on the cob, peas and all the spices. Allow it to boil. Lift.

Serve with omelets to make it more enjoyable.
