Healthy Recipe Meat Mushroom Hot pot has a very savory taste for wearing meat as a main ingredient. The following materials are needed:
- 300 grams of beef that is devoted to sukiyaki / amiyaki
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced crosswise into pieces or 4 cm
- 200 grams of fresh shitake mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 100 grams of fresh lettuce

Materials for water Gravy:
- 650 ml pint of water or as needed
- 150 ml Japanese soy sauce / shoyu
- 2 teaspoons finely grated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves

I set it up as follows:
• Arrange the meat neatly with the other ingredients in a saucepan.
• Pour the sauce, allow it to boil. Then sprinkle with celery leaves.
• Allow it to the meat and cooked to taste.
• Serve while warm, and if necessary, by the rice.
