Healthy Recipe Vegetable Soup Mushroom Ball

This light soup is a typical menu with clear soup appetizer that can be for the whole family. Meat ball-shaped fungus that is the main ingredient will give it a crisp and savory. Additional fresh vegetables will be able to provide natural freshness and nutritional intake in this soup. Healthy Recipe Vegetable Soup Mushroom Ball, will be more delicious as the warm conditions!

Its main ingredients are as follows:


Mushroom Meat balls, mix together:
- 150 grams of chicken meat that has been chopped up finely
- 1 egg yolk are taken
- 1 tablespoon good quality flour

- 1 clove garlic, grated or minced
- 2 red onions, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tsp salt

Complement:
- 100 grams of leaves of chrysanthemums, cut into pieces a bit rough
- 75 grams of carrots, shaved thin
- 75 grams of radish, shaved thin

How to make:

Mushroom Meat balls:
Stir all ingredients together to make the meat into a container until completely blended.
Form the dough into shapes such as spheres or balls for meatballs or adjust to the tastes of its size. Set aside.

Gravy:
Enter the ginger in boiling water along with green onion, broth and all seasonings over low heat until slightly longer
Then enter the meatballs before, then cook until the meatballs float.
After that add the vegetables, set aside some time to boil and the vegetables are wilted.

Remove and serve hot.
