Healthy recipes Noodles Shoya

To reduce air or weather that is entering the winter, maybe a bowl of Healthy recipes Noodles Shoya this heat can be a menu that can dispel the cold that was covering the body. gravy:

- 2 tsp salt
- 150 g bok choy, cut into pieces adjust to your taste

complement:
- 1 teaspoon chili oil or to taste

How to make:

Enter the noodles in a container and then pour in enough hot water and drain.

gravy:
Saute garlic and ginger that has been refined until golden and fragrant.
Enter the chicken, stir it looks stiff.
Add broth, soy milk, soy sauce and seasonings.
Simmer until chicken is tender meat. Lift.
Put the noodles and bok choy in a serving bowl, pour the following batter chicken broth.

Drizzle of chili oil to taste. Serve when hot.
