Healthy recipe Green Salad with Fresh Juice Vinaigrette

This is one kind of salad that includes not only the freshest ingredients contained vitamin but also has a very refreshing taste. Special blend of orange juice and carrots with olive oil will give a fresh feel and gives a tremendous sensation. While a sprinkling of cheese and nuts will provide a tasty and delicious flavor!


Ingredients to make Healthy recipe Green Salad with Fresh Juice Vinaigrette:
- 5 pieces of mix green lettuce green, rinse thoroughly and then wipe it dry, roughly torn
- 5 organic tomatoes, cut into two parts
- 5 grains nuts, toasted, chopped rather coarse

sauce:
- 60 ml Carrot & Orange Juice brand Mamaroz
- 60 ml extra virgin olive oil what brand
- 30 ml red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste it

topping:
- 10 grams of old gouda cheese or Gouda Cheese called Natura, shaved a bit thin

How to make it quite simple:

Sauce: Put the ingredients to make the sauce into a special bottle or glass of juice. Then shake it a little hard for 10 times until evenly mixed.
Place lettuce, organic tomatoes and cashew nuts in a bowl together.
Then add sauce gradually while still in the mix until everything is blended.
Sprinkle the Gouda cheese and serve immediately.
