Healthy recipe Carrot Soup

Carrots contain beta-carotene which is famous and very rich in fiber was very tasty when made soup. The sweet taste of carrots if pitted with savory flavors and soft and creamy fresh milk will give a tremendous sensation. Healthy recipe Carrot Soup Enjoy while hot and feel the sensation of chocolate!


ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 30 grams onion, chopped or crushed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed into powder
- 400 grams of carrots, peeled, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon good quality flour
- 250 ml fresh milk
- 250 ml chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf sheet
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 ml thick cream

How to make:

Saute onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant aroma wafted.
Add the carrots, stirring until it becomes tender.
Sprinkle with flour, then stir again until smooth.
Add milk, cook until the carrots become tender. Lift.
Pour into blender bowl. Process until smooth.
Boil together the broth, seasonings and cream and allow it to boil and thickened.

Lift. Serve with a stream of thick cream, if desired.
