Healthy recipe Spanish omelette

What if we try to present one of the typical food of Spain called the Healthy recipe Spanish omelette. Potatoes and peppers are one characteristic of all types of Spanish omelette. Course will be more tasty and delicious if given a sprinkling of cheese when enjoyed warm!


ingredients:
- 1 piece (250 g) potatoes, peeled
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 50 grams onions, minced or chopped
- 2 pieces of bacon, cut into small
- 50 grams of green pepper, thinly sliced

Whisk together:
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

Steamed or boiled potatoes that have been dikuas until soft, then cut into pieces.
Heat the margarine to taste, stemmed in iron skillet. Saute onion until wilted.
Enter the bacon pieces, then stir until wilted.
Add bell pepper, stirring until wilted.
Pour 3 eggs that have been in the shake, and cook over low heat until the edges froze. Lift.
Bake the omelet pan in hot oven for 15 minutes.
Remove and cut into pieces.

Serve warm.
