Healthy Recipe Mexican Taco Salad

One of the following type of salad is a dish typical of the style of Mexico who has a taste that is quite tasty and fresh. Interesting blend of chicken topped with fresh sour taste but, combined with a tasty tortilla. Want to try?


The main ingredients Healthy Recipes Mexican Taco Salad:
- 5 pieces of leaf lettuce, sliced rather coarse
- 100 grams of taco chips / tortilla
- 1 teaspoon celery, finely chopped
- 100 grams of cheese, grated all

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 50 grams onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 100 grams of minced chicken meat
- 100 grams of beans, hard boiled

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

How to make:

Stuffing: Saute the chopped onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant.
