Healthy recipes Strawberry Layer

The following dishes can be quite right in the menu when summer has arrived, because the blend of fresh strawberry yogurt and it is very suitable as a refresher when you're hungry and thirsty. It was sweet but slightly sour and of course will provide its own freshness when you drink it. Additional honey in it that would make it more legit alluring and hard to forget.
Serve while still cold with fresh strawberry slices on top.


Supplies needed to make a Healthy recipes Strawberry Layer:
- 100 grams of fresh strawberries (if you can pick your own from the garden), cleaned, chopped to taste
- 2 tablespoons of honey bees
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice lemon that has been filtered
- 250 ml of fresh yogurt flavors
- 4 tablespoons honey or you can replace it with sugar syrup
- 100 ml low-fat liquid milk
- 4 fresh strawberries, cut into pieces

How to make:

Stir in strawberry fruit pieces with honey and lemon juice until everything is evenly mixed. Then refrigerate for about 1 hour until slightly wilted and a bit watery ...

Do not forget to mix with the yoghurt with honey and milk to be flat.
