Healthy Recipes Dashimaki Tamago

The country omelet roll typical of Sakura is not only tasty but it also gives a feel a little sweet. Additional broth or Japanese people used to call it with dashi is very typical of this will create a stronger flavor so delicious. - 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons dashi, or broth
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce Japan
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon sake / mirin, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to make:

Beat eggs with dashi in a container, then put soy sauce, sugar, mirin and pepper until blended.

Brush the oil. The next pour 1/3 of egg mixture into the skillet.
Stir until the dough becomes frozen and set aside at one end of the pan.
Pour 1/3 of the eggs again and lapiskan first into the egg rolls.
Do the same with the remaining egg to be a neat coil.
Remove and place on a sheet of plastic and trim them to shape and padatkan smaller.
Cut crosswise into pieces 2 cm.

Serve with grated radish and pickled ginger.
