Healthy recipe Bird's Nest Soup

Soups and savory warm enough this will be filling and very delicious when eaten in warm conditions when dining with the whole family. Extra cheese and milk will be able to supply nutrients and energy for activity throughout the day.
Here's how to make Healthy recipe Bird's Nest Soup


Materials I:
- 300 ml chicken broth
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 100 grams of any brand Vermicelli
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- 50 grams of Sago Starch

Materials II:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 400 ml Liquid Milk
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped up finely
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make:

Boil or cook broth, dye and give a little salt to the boil.
Put rice noodles and wait until fluffy, absorbing and quite mature.
