- 1 cm turmeric
- 20 dried red chilies
- 2 stalks lemon grass, the soft part
- 2 cm young ginger, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon salt
How to make:
- Heat oil and saute ginger and onion until wilted and fragrant aroma.
- Then add all the spices, stir again until cooked.
- Add chicken pieces, stirring until the chicken pieces to stiffen.
- Pour enough water, then cook until boiling.
- Put the vinegar, potatoes, peppers, onions and cucumbers, and cook until completely cooked and the sauce becomes thicker.
- Remove and serve warm.
