Healthy omelet
Materials to make Healthy recipes Baby Omelet:
- 50 grams of macaroni, boil until completely cooked
- 6 pieces of spinach, chopped or finely chopped
- 1/4 onion, chopped up into fine
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 5 eggs, beaten until thick

How to make:
Stir in macaroni along with spinach and onions, garlic and salt to taste.

Pour into a nonstick pan. Cook until the mixture starts to harden.
